Len Panas, Owner

In 2000, Len started LS Panas & Associates with a passion for remodeling and a desire to help others create their dream homes. Nineteen years later, he now employs many hard working individuals and continues his passion for helping people create spaces they love. Len lives in Lake Oswego with his wife, where they raised their daughter. They enjoy entertaining friends and family as well as boating on the lake in the summer.

Marianne Wilson-Stein, Project Manager & Design Manager

Marianne grew up in the real estate world. Her father was a developer, realtor, mortgage broker and residential and commercial home builder. Marianne grew up in Lake Oswego and got her start right out of college, she went to work for her father's company as an interior designer, property manager, and contractor. After 20+ years it was time to come back to her roots and worked for a Lake Oswego developer and home builder, Innovation Construction. At Innovation Marianne managed subdivision development and new home building. She left Innovation in 2008 to care for family and reentered home construction and remodeling in 2013 coming to work for Len. Marianne loves getting to know her clients and assisting with throughout the build process.

Don is an important member of our team. He is skilled at communicating with our clients and building trust within the teams he manages. He oversees the day-to-day operations during the remodeling/building process.
